I started working with Realty Partners in 2017 and am one of the few Founding Members. Over the last 5+ years, I have been an agent, team leader, broker, mentor, coach, broker, and the Director of Training.
The PLUS Team is not a ‘true team’ in regards to me taking an ‘extra team split’. It is the term I use to market to the public to bring in leads and share them with other agents PLUS the support I offer to agents I sponsor.
